Product Description

Cooling fanThe starter motor is a core component for starting heavy-duty engines. It converts the DC electrical energy from the battery into mechanical energy, driving the flywheel and crankshaft to rotate, thus igniting the engine. Commercial heavy-duty truck starters must withstand harsh operating conditions such as high loads, extreme temperatures, and frequent starts.
The starter motor mainly consists of three components: a DC motor, a transmission mechanism, and an electromagnetic switch. When the ignition switch is turned on, the electromagnetic switch drives the drive gear to mesh with the engine flywheel ring gear, energizing the motor and causing it to rotate, which in turn drives the engine crankshaft.
